For
those seeking more detailed economic and marketing information, we now
offer a quarterly newsletter on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are
$395 annually (plus tax). Each report will contain an economic and marketing
analysis, as well as detail an outlook on housing starts,
employment/permit ratios by major South Carolina markets, price
performance (house/house) by market, and an affordability index.
Subscribers will be asked to participate in a Builder Track survey to
measure builder attitudes, future expectations, sales, and traffic
levels that will also be a component of the report.
