Hal Von Nessen is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the agency and the overall direction of client services. He is uniquely qualified to take a client’s product from the planning stage through a sustained advertising campaign.

Mr. Von Nessen has a B.S. in Management and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. His career has included most aspects of media and advertising, beginning at an Augusta, Georgia radio station in 1959. Subsequently, his career roles included that of disc jockey, news anchor, account executive, and producer of both TV and radio. In 1979 he founded Resh Marketing, Inc. Advertising executives have recognized Mr. Von Nessen’s talents and achievements by electing him president of the Advertising Club of Columbia, and presenting him with their highest award, The Silver Medal, for contributions to the advertising industry. Mr. Von Nessen served on the Board of Directors of the Columbia Advertising Club for more than ten years and has served as a Board member of the Third District American Advertising Federation. Mr. Von Nessen is also active academically, having served as a member of the adjunct faculties of the University of South Carolina and Webster University of St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Von Nessen has taught Business Administration, Marketing Theory and Practice, and Strategic Planning in Business, as well as Creative Strategy and Advertising for the School of Journalism at the University of South Carolina. He has also supervised the faculty of the Webster University Masters Degree programs in Business, Management, and Computer Resource Management at the Fort Jackson campus.
