The RESH Report - Standard
Released quarterly, this report includes:
- Summary statistics on the number of new and re-sale
closings and permits in the market. This includes total number of closings
and permits as well as new and re-sale closings broken down by price
point increments of $20K.
- Closings and permit summary information will be available
for the current and previous quarter, year to date, and last twelve
months.
- Also included is a ranking of builders and subdivisions by total
closings in the latest quarter.
The RESH Report - Deluxe
Released quarterly, this report includes:
- Builder rankings by number of closings, including
each builder’s
average closing price and number of closings broken down by month.
- Subdivision rankings by number of closings,
including each subdivision’s
average closing price and number of closings broken down by month.
- A builder summary that lists each builder, all subdivisions
each individual builder has closed in and how many closings that builder
made in each subdivision. The closings are also broken down in price
point increments of $20K.
- A subdivision summary that lists each subdivision, all
builders each individual subdivision includes and how many closings
each of those builders has in the subdivision. These closings are also
broken down in price point increments of $20K.
- A chart tracking the employment/permit ratio, which gives
information on whether the market is overbuilt (excess inventory) or
underbuilt (houses in short supply).
- Lot prices.
- Graphs tracking the leading macroeconomic variables (CCI, CPI, PPI,
unemployment) that affect the housing industry.
- A chart tracking of the number of permits taken in the
market
- A chart detailing closings by year
- A brief summary of the information included in the report
In addition to items (a)-(j) listed above, sustaining accounts of RESH
Marketing will also receive:
